As a Senior AI Engineer at Typewise, I own the NLP/LLM roadmap and work at the intersection of industry and academia through our collaboration with Prof. Ryan Cotterell's NLP lab at ETH Zurich.
AI agents: I design retrieval-augmented, hierarchical agent architectures for customer service automation (LangGraph), achieving 90%+ automated resolution rates in specific flows.
In parallel, I ship real-time multilingual text prediction and grammar correction to 4000+ users, and maintain low-latency production services (<250ms) on AWS. I also work closely with the founders on product strategy and organizational scaling.
