As a Senior AI Engineer at Typewise (2022–2026), I owned the NLP/LLM roadmap and worked at the intersection of industry and academia through our collaboration with Prof. Ryan Cotterell's NLP lab at ETH Zurich.
AI agents: I designed retrieval-augmented, hierarchical agent architectures for customer service automation (LangGraph), achieving 90%+ automated resolution rates in specific flows.
In parallel, I shipped real-time multilingual text prediction and grammar correction to 4000+ users, and maintained low-latency production services (<250ms) on AWS. I also worked closely with the founders on product strategy and organizational scaling.
